<sup>For over 20 years Claire Edge has been working as a printmaker in South Wales, producing collagraph and relief prints. Recently she has focused her practice on the creation of reduction lino prints featuring animals, flowers, plants, still life, and interiors. These prints are often layered works which explore the harmony and contrast of carefully shaped areas of bold and muted colour, with a focus on drawing.

Claire attended Cardiff School of Art & Design in 2005 and graduated with a BA Honours in Fine Art, specialising in printmaking. Since then, she has shown her works in numerous exhibitions across the UK, including with the New English Art Club, Royal Society of British Artists, Bath Society of Artists and Wales Contemporary.</sup>
